   2. Tapioca Plantation & Factory

    * PT. Labersa Hutahaean (Labersa region) is engaged in:

   1. 27 Hole Golf Course, Country Club and Club House.
   2. Labersa Grand Hotel & Convention Center (Hotel 5-star)
   3. Labersa Water Park & ​​Theme Park

    * PT. Reed Hutahaean China - engaged in Property
    * PT. Irma Jaya Perkasa - Contractor is engaged in
Currently in need of some professionals that have been experienced enough to fill several positions / positions as follows: PROPERTY GENERAL MANAGER - PEKANBARU
Terms of Application:

    * Experienced in the company's property at least 5 years
    * Minimum S1 degree preferably S2 & S3
    * Have the ability to lead Project Property
    * Has the concept of property development and property can arrange budget
    * Mastering English well
    * Willing to follow a designated company psikotest
    * Available in Interview in Pekanbaru
    * Willing to take the family to Pekanbaru when hired
